FUCKING RIGHT!

My toilet and kitchen occupy the same space.

It's almost like the house I designed when I was in high school, but we had to have 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 living room

definitely got the proportions right. I might have a living area cum hallway separating the rooms from the garage. Not sure I'd want to walk through the garage after a shower

Yep. I'm okay with this. Maybe have the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom upstairs though with a small balcony overlooking the rest of the garage.

there's nothing like the efficiency of eating and shitting at the same time!

When can I move in?
![]() 06/28/2014 at 20:53 |

Seems like a lot of wasted garage space.

Where's the dungeon?
![]() 06/28/2014 at 20:55 |

But, the garage's interior walls were moveable glass panels...
![]() 06/28/2014 at 20:56 |

Seems about right.
![]() 06/28/2014 at 20:57 |

I'd live in it.
![]() 06/28/2014 at 21:01 |

You'd waste bottom floor space with those other 3 rooms ? First floor - Garage, 2nd floor - living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom.

I can't find the actual thread but had these pictures on my computer.
It wouldn't be too hard to add a bedroom or two off to one side outside with a large wash bay underneath.

Or something more compact for the bachelor first time buyer.

That is amazing...

What is a "beaderom"? The rest I understand. Eat, shit, shower. Is the other one some room for storing parts? Is it an Ikea name???

My god man, what have you started. I had this out of my system for months and now I've gone house/garage mad again. :)
Check this place out and tell me you don't like it, I DARE YOU! Lol.

See, you can't can you!

awesome!!!

That's way too much wasted space in the kitchen.

Pregnant women apparently have a "nesting instinct," so it's only fair us jalops have a "garaging instinct."

A friend commented, "If you had an Airstream trailer outside, you could get rid of all that clutter in the upper left corner of the house."

I enjoy cooking as well so a decent kitchen is a must. I'd definitely have a smoke shed out back to go along with this place.

Airplane hangar with a lot built up in one corner. Anyone who has ever read Clive Cussler's Dirk Pitt novels knows what I'm talking about.

That's great. 10/10 would build. Mine would have more living space though.

I remember reading the thread for this. It was amazing. It was like a subdivision of garages. I want one so bad.
![]() 07/01/2014 at 01:40 |

Ye, that's the one. There were loads of them, all unique.
![]() 07/01/2014 at 12:46 |

I wish I could afford to get one. It would be amazing.
![]() 07/01/2014 at 15:36 |

Me too. I'd move in in a second if I could.

Yupp. I'd love to build a three story building, first floor is all garage, and the top two floors would be living space.
![]() 07/01/2014 at 16:44 |
|
I'd have the lower two floors as garage space with the first floor (second in U.S.) having a mezanine taking up about a third of the floor overlookin the ground floor garage (first floor in U.S.) with a couple of car lifts on the ground floor.

That would be pretty awesome too. I really need to win the lottery. Haha
